The Milwaukee Motorcycle Clothing return policy has been recently revised and applies to all orders placed on December 3, 2008 or after.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates for the United States (US) are calculated online. International orders will ship "best way" and we will provide all International Customers with shipping options and rates prior to processing your order.

All Orders $275 and up ship FREE!*

*FREE shipping applies only to ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states (United States / US). If rates for your order to AK, HI, PR or USVI cannot be calculated online, then please call for actual charges.

We welcome orders shipped outside the U.S., just contact us for shipping options, charges and insurance.

Returns & Exchanges


At we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that you receive. If you are unhappy with any product on your order, for any reason, feel free to return the item or items based on the following information provided below. Please note, is not the manufacturer, we are simply an online retailer. We sell only first quality merchandise, straight to you from the warehouse.


How do I return an item? Please contact our customer service staff to request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending back any merchandise. A member of our staff will contact you via email with your individual RMA number along with the specific address to send your package to. Returns will not be accepted without a prior RMA number being provided.


What if I want to return an item for credit? If you are interested in returning your order for a refund to your credit card, please contact customer service to receive your RMA number with detailed instructions. All returns for credit must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of your order. The cost of return freight for credit returns is the responsibility of each customer. Returns for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to be issued. A credit receipt will be emailed direct to you to confirm your credit has been completed.


How do I return an item for an exchange? In order to return an item to to exchange it for another item, please contact customer service to receive your RMA number. Returns for exchange must be received to our facility within 30 days from the receipt of your order. There are no restocking fees for returns for exchanges.

Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item arrived to you with an error, defective or damaged, in which case will arrange to have the item picked up at no expense to you.


Need it back Fast? Try our Back Fast Exchange... Contact us with your order details and what item you need to exchange your merchandise for and we'll go ahead and ship out your new order charging you for the new merchandise order. While we wait on your exchanged merchandise, your new stuff will be on its way to you. We'll then credit your account once we receive your exchanged merchandise. This Back Fast Exchange will get you your goods faster, and also will help to insure our inventory's not grabbed up before we can ship your replacement item.


What? This isn’t what I ordered... If there are any problems with your order, (you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item) please contact us as soon as possible. Return freight on problem orders must be coordinated with our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. By enabling us to coordinate your return freight we can make sure that your items are returned promptly and at no cost to you.



CLEARANCE ITEMS... Occasionally we offer CLEARANCE biker gear at a substantial savings at MMCC Leather. Each item labeled as a CLEARANCE product and posted in our CLEARANCE categories are in NEW CONDITION unless otherwise specified in the product description. On occasion, we will have items that have some small defect (i.e. a scuff on the product)... in each case we will always make sure that we have described such defects in detail so that no purchase will ever be a surprise. Each CLEARANCE product has been thoroughly inspected by our experienced customer service staff. We at MMCC Leather will always strive to make sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. All CLEARANCE sales are final, therefore CLEARANCE items are not eligible for return nor exchange for any reason.
